Environmental Responsibility

It is important to commit to reducing the environment impact that our business activities may have. In this section, you could refer to any of the following:
Zero waste disposal overboard from our operating vessels
No feeding of marine creatures (as per Marine Conservation Law imposed in Thailand)
Annual Reef Clean up projects launched in Pattaya and Phuket
Constant inspection of our vehicles to reduce air pollution

Ethical Responsibility

M4 group endeavors to employ “the right person for the right job” and shall remain in line with the Human Rights Act 2010 & Modern Slavery Act 2015.
It is vital for us to maintain a good working environment. M4 shall abide to the Thailand Labour Protection Act, 1984 and shall provide adequate training with personal development, to our employees.
Our management team provides an open door policy for all employees to address any concerns and issues.

Philanthropic Responsibility

M4 Group Management team works with local esteemed religious personnel such as Kruba Ajarn Krissana or community support group to support the local communities, Below are the proposed:
Establishing a fund to provide education and academic support to the younger generations
Creating charitable events on an annual basis
Disbursing necessities goods to needy organizations

Economic Responsibility

With economic responsibility in mind, M4 will make financial decisions that prioritize “doing good” and not just making more money. We will adopt below:
Create a transparent salary system that fairly compensates all employees regardless of gender and race.
Works with vendors that use sustainable materials – even if it cost more
